Well, they completely changed the story for damn nearly every character, made a guy into a girl for no reason, transformed one of the chillest guys in the manga into a nothing personel edgy tryhard and that is not even going into how they butchered the designs of a bunch of Machina, completely robbing one of its actual combat form

The manga totally fell apart after the timeskip and it was clear they'd lost interest and were just wrapping it up.

It was kicking the anime's ass until then since the first part was much much better, but ultimately both ended up sucking in their own ways.

Again wrong. Miu is a great character in the manga, yes her plot was cut short but still she was always unstable and too far gone to be redeemed and ended the only way it could.

They pissed Miu away by making her suddenly go crazy and then die because she got in the way of the main pairing, which is absolutely the worst fucking way to resolve that situation.

The characters even talk about how they always hated her and should have let her suicide later too just to go "Fuck her reader now like Emi. You will like Emi!"

Morosawa was kinder to people that got in the way of her self insert pairing in Seed.
