Leangle's fine when they don't have him taken over by the spider. Unfortunately that's most of his time in the second half of the show. At least they finally get rid of the spider in the 40s.

But the rest of the characters are good. Garren atones for his stupidity in the first part of the show by becoming a decent mentor and friend. Chalice gradually gains humanity and rejects his intended role as the bringer of destruction. Blade's selflessness is typical for main Riders, but he sacrifices more for other people than any other main Rider has before or since.

I would put Blade in the upper half of the Heisei shows up to Decade.

At the end up Ex-aid Ninja rider shows up and destroys the world
Emu creates the VRX gashat and stores everyone in the world ewithin it so that he can live a happy life with his loved ones in his VR world, but the ninja rider isn't okay with this so he seeks out a way to destroy Emu's VR world in the movie.
