Level X is different for each Gashat that has it, and seems to basically denote that the Gashat has some weird power that makes its level different from what it appears to be. Mighty Brothers XX, Dangerous Zombie and Tokimeki Crisis are all Level X: MBXX was Level 10 but could split Emu into two bodies so it was like he was Level 20, while DZ got that power boost after Dan died enough times that made it akin to Level 70. If TC also has a weird gimmick power, though, we haven't seen it.

Toei stats are meaningless, but they put Poppy as Level 50-ish.

We did get the Aquarius arc. It's also when she first mentions space gods. The issue is that it's completely inconsistent with her characterization before AND after that arc, aside from the Gemini arc itself. It really doesn't work.

Fourze suffers almost as much as Kabuto from the secondary writer's episodes not lining up well with the main writer's.

I don't think the movie is a "true ending" in the sense of a different ending for the series. The plot doesn't seem related to the tv show's premise (unlike, say, Ryuki's movie). It's focused on these new movie villains and virus that are appearing just for the movie.

"True Ending" could be just marketing speech referencing finishing the movie's game though, rather than actually meaning it's post-tv show or anything like that.

Also, the trailer we've seen seemed to clash with the magazine description (Magazine said Fuuma somehow locked everyone in a VR World, but according to the trailer everyone was infected by some new virus and the VR equipment was created by Dan Kuroto in order to save them with Ex-Aid voluntarily going in there.
