Okay, I'm pretty new to this IRC thing so I probably fucked up somewhere, but I've been following the instructions pretty well. I logged onto Rizon, and I've put in the proper command to join the channel, but I can't get to the chat because it either can't find it or I need to "log into services." What now?

Yeah. That does mean you were banned.
When I first tried setting up my account I got the +b issue.
Try getting a good irc client like hexchat on windows or limechat on mac then try doing the whole nickserv identify thing. When you get into the channel just follow that webpage I sent you.

By follow the webpage I mean very carefully go through all the steps like messaging the right bot and the like.
When I first failed way back I was using the rizon website but the second time I used limechat on a laptop I had to buy for work. (Madokami says they like hexchat)

All right! I logged in successfully through LimeChat, didn't even have to change my nickname, and was able to find the manga, but sadly I can only find the first two volumes, as opposed to all four. Hopefully someone with the other two volumes can scan them and put them on Mega or something, and for that matter do that for Kikaider Code 02 since I can't find any scans of that at all despite it having a complete English release by CMX.

This may not be needed but if you're ever having problems reentering the channel on rizon (you honestly don't have to though)
