I think that's more because too many Rider suits eat up part of the budget. The first series with a big drop off in monster suits was Gaim, which aside from 10 Riders just in the tv series also had multiple forms for several of them. Then Drive went back to the standard number, and Ghost also had about 30 monster suits (not counting variations like Igor's form changes and the aviator brothers that only had different heads), although the early Ganma suits seemed low budget. Ghost didn't have that many Riders, but it had a stupidly big number of forms thanks to the coats. Then we get to Ex-Aid which goes back to a low number of monster suits in a show that doesn't have that many Riders, but almost every single one has multiple forms.

Post-Game: There are some extras to do after game. Kamen Rider Para-DX will challenge you again, receive his Gashat. You will also fight against: Taddle Legacy Lv. 100 as well as Hyper Muteki. Fight them and receive their Gashats.

Kamen Rider Kabuto English Dub with an HD video source, provided by Gus and subs from both YoY and TVNihon.

First episode is kind of rough, because syncing was really odd during that entire episode. Everything else is near perfect. Some scenes were cut from the English Dub, so that's why you have the option to use the "Removed Content" subs. Also there were sometimes where the audio cut off due to bad signal from the recording of the SD English Dub, so I improvised with the original dub. Sorry if it seems weird or out of place but I thought it was better to provide subs/japanese audio than outright remove it. I also did not put the subs for signs/posters, forgive me.

If anyone has any guides for making a torrent/torrent sites to recommend so I can spread it and hopefully keep it alive forever, I would greatly appreciate it. It was almost lost if not for OZC Live (and possibly dorkly has it too, he was in the process of lookin' but said it would take a while.)

I know some people think of it as a cop-out to generate some sympathy for Kuroto's quasi-Face Turn, but I really like how they implemented his momma's boy excuse because

-he was a grown man at the time who had all ready sent Game Disease to a kid for suggesting a co-op feature and was planning to release an epidemic of more of the same
-instead of dealing with his mother dying in a mature fashion, he opted to infect her (probably against her will) with Game Disease which, from what we've seen of her last moments, was extremely painful
-he stored her digitized self in a Proto Gashat that can only unlock with the completion of KRC while he made sure the same wouldn't happen to him if he ever succumbed to that sickness

So it humanized him a bit while not reducing how crazy and twisted he is.

Adding to that, I think Kamen Rider 3 works for that purpose as well as it's largely uninvolved with Drive's main story, gives you a smorgasbord of Rider appearances as well as several excellent showcases of their powers (Faiz, Wizard, etc.), and plays to several of the franchise's overarching themes including rebellion, justice, and sacrifice.
