The Ryoma in arc is the manga Ryoma. The only time other than Devolution where two different universe Ryomas interacted was Armageddon.

Personally, I hate the multiverse stuff they're pushing. Getter Robo Saga was interesting because it was a single continuity. Armageddon and Devolution's 'it's a multiverse I ain't gotta explain shit' is boring in comparison.
