He's referring to a tripfag who usually frequents the Gunpla threads known as Snapfit-Kun. Snapfit-kun earned/dubbed himself so for incessantly spamming the Gunpla/plamo threads with pictures of his dusty, un-panel lined, and generally neglected Gunpla, and would actively reject posters telling him to put in even the bare minimum of work to make his models look good.

Another thing he did was make threads about pedantic, trite, or asinine topics (e.g. why does a mobile suit sniper rifle have a scope when it's a camera looking through a camera). Anon is accusing you of being Snapfit because he views your thread as falling into the same category of thread as Snapshit's.

If it's anything like product in the US, the retailers are either stuck with them, or they can send them back to the distributor for either a refund or a percentage of what they paid. I would guess with the massive retail discounts the Japanese shops give, they're 100% stuck with that product.
