The music is generally is just really badly used and timed. The music playing during Perfect Knockout's debut sucked as well because it was poorly mastered and didn't fit the mood.
There's also just that one generic hospital soundtrack they keep playing during the dramatic moments. I've started to roll my eyes everytime I hear it leading in because it just signals melodrama. As a whole, the sound, music, etc. is just really poorly done in Ex-Aid and sounds really cheap and 3rd rate.
I like and enjoy the show, but it's the cheapest looking Heisei Rider I've seen by far. Recycling the same 4 - 5 kaijin suits, the lack of mooks being used, over-use of gopros in fight scenes, and the same few shooting locations being abused more than a standard Rider series with the Stage select function. One thing that particularly stands out to me is the lack of scenes with a lot of extras in or set it public places - there's never anyone except the main characters or the victim of the week present, it makes the show feels so empty. They're "doctors" but we rarely see the hospital, we rarely see the city, we rarely see the people and world they're trying to protect. Compare that to Fuuto, Zawame City or even where Wizard took place (Tokyo?) -- those settings felt alive and had people in it. Hell, that's one thing I love about Wizard; aside from the standard "base" set, they really used a lot of different and varied shooting locations. Same with Gaim.

So this episode confirms there are two of each version of Bugvisor.

Loverica and Graphite are both seen using the original version when they transform, and you didn't see Graphite pass his to Loverica after transforming.

I wasn't sure there was more than one of the original Bugvisor.

I feel this only became a problem after Chronicle debuted because of the premise that came with it; victims of the week were no longer purely random civilians that had the misfortune of contracting the Bugster virus. They started becoming civilians willingly putting themselves in a situation of logically isolated danger, as Rideplayers skirmishing at Bugster boss locales.

The only one I agree with is that we rarely see the actual hospital; they phased that setting out rather quickly once the situation began to escalate. The city and its people were pretty prominently featured while the Bugster virus was possessing their hosts; hell, fucking Nico was a random bystander that simply forced herself into the story permanently.

Now, the ACTUAL issue is that none of the Riders have friends or social lives.
I can't think of a single other instance where this was true for EVERY rider in a particular series.

Nah. Cronus did a 540-turn (initially facing the target) instead of Kabuto's 360-turn (initially facing away from the target to bait them into close range). And it definitely reminded me of Kiva. Probably because "finishing off an enemy with a simple yet stylish attack involving a circular emblem while day suddenly turns into night for a bit" is totally a Kiva (or even Saga) thing.
