Star Wars: Lost Stars was a novel set in the Star Wars universe written by Claudia Gray
SYNOPSIS
This thrilling Young Adult novel gives readers a macro view of some of the most important events in the Star Wars universe, from the rise of the Rebellion to the fall of the Empire. Readers will experience these major moments through the eyes of two childhood friends--Ciena Ree and Thane Kyrell--who have grown up to become an Imperial officer and a Rebel pilot. Now on opposite sides of the war, will these two star-crossed lovers reunite, or will duty tear them--and the galaxy--apart?
And just recently, this novel got a manga adaptation. So I thought it would be appropriate to put it on /m/ since it's SW and a Manga
Got lost on the way to /co/mblr?

Thanks OP. I read the synopsis for the novel. This looks hella cheesy. The empire needs more girl officers.

>The empire needs more girl officers.
There's a few others like Rae Sloane and Governor Pryce.
Cool, if it isnt too big I am going to read.
I never watched SW but did read the manga adaptations.
Neat I guess I might as well read this I really liked Lost Stars

It's very cheesy but also really good
It used to be one of my favorites in the new canon but it's been knocked down by several things including Thrawn and another Claudia Gray novel
Okay I mean it seems to have skipped more than half the book and also I can't tell if they made Yendor a girl or don't realize that male Twi'leks aren't as pretty as the females and it's weird it didn't have any cuts of Ciena's perspective maybe that's coming up but uh
This sure is a way one could adapt Lost Stars sure

That's a scary Sheev and a kawaii Leia(and Mon Mothma). I like the art.
>>15533129
Sheev looks pretty menacing here.
>written by a woman
>young adult
Biggest red flags when dealing with fiction.

>Grand Smug Tarkin
>>15533109
Sounds like you should go there since you're clearly the one who can't stop thinking about it.

To be fair Lost Stars is pretty critically popular and her other book Bloodline even more so
It looks pretty good.
