TATAKAE KIKAIOOOOOOOH
Intrusion 2
>>15524622
Oh fuck yeah, that game rocks. Hard as fuck though. Could never beat the final boss. Probably should give it another try one day.
Miyazaki wants to do a spiritual successor, apparently. Hopefully it'll happen.
Is Binary Domain underrated? Or does it get a pretty good rep around here?
Either way, give it a go some time.

less underrated and more unknown

Well, Granzella recovered Disaster Report from the radioactive ashes of Irem, so who knows.

i seen those prototype trailer bits
it looks pretty good if i say so
mayve if it works out they can make a steambot 2
(really the only thing that secuel needs that i can think of is more ways to make money with the trot, like lumber or mineing and such, and more parts, a reinforced medium chassis and the like)

I can see why, the name can be easy to forget. Neat animations, too.

The concept is cool, but the game was terrible, even the worst AC game is better than that.

Phantom Crash was better but I liked that SLAI had more than 3 arenas.

I'd really be into a half souls half fantasy mech game.
I really like mech games that have a out-of-mech component that you activate yourself because it really gives the mechs that sense of scale, safety and power when you can contrast it with the vulnerable feeling of being without it but certain environments and citations might require you to jump out. Like those parts where you have to get out of your mech to open a gate by fiddling with a computer that are guarded by a bunch of little soldiers or when your mech is on it's last limb and you just blew away the pilot for that nice and fresh mech standing over there. The Xeno- games are kinda the only ones that still do it and I think that there is a lot of potential there with other modern game genres for a good half and half game.
It's kinda hard to pull off though since you have to build the gameworld to work at both scales, large enough for the mech sections to feel like human sections in any other game, yet small and detailed enough to be traversable on foot without feeling like a huge waste of space. Xenoblade X did it fairly well recently, but there are clearly some "these are mech areas" and "these are mim areas" and they don't always blend seamlessly, but I was still impressed by the number of areas that did both well.

That one was pretty good even if it was a sequel to a flash game.

I fear FS will make the rumored upcoming Armored Core game in the style/setting of Frame Gride as an excuse to make something to attract the Souls' crowd while still technically not going back on their words about being done with Souls' games for a while.
Fucking love Omega Boost. I still pop it in from time to time, underrated as shit.

I always wanted to play Steel Battalion but I didn't have an Xbox, the game+controller cost nearly as much as the system itself and that was the only game on the Xbox (at that time) I wanted to play and today the game costs a small fortune.
And you can't even emulate it because xbox emulation never took off the ground and you'd still need the fucking controller if you want the real experience.

I'd give it a go if it would fucking recognize my shitty laptop GPU.
Loved playing Gungriffon way back when.

Not sure if the fan made driver is still around but you can splice the end of the controller cord, (where the quick disconnect is), to a USB super easy and use it on PC as well. Used to play Mechwarrior 4 with it. I think the whole package is worth the investment but that's just me.

Playing target in sight. What an annoying game jeez christ. Still kinda fun tho.

Those fucking trailers were pure cash. Picked it up on PSN Plus for freezies and enjoyed my time with it.

I don't think it's that underrated here, but I remember when it came out people weren't a fan even though I loved the shit out of it.
