Literally the opposite of what you said is true. The OVAs are largely forgettable, and (unless you absolutely love the characters) are a total slog to finish. Not to mention the CG mechs are awful. I don't see how you can dislike the ending to Votoms, but then like Home Again which literally repeats the whole ending again but this time with awful CG.

That’s called the ボトムズ次回予告bgm or just ボトムズ予告bgm. It was never released on a soundtrack and only the show version exists, with a narrator talking over the music. Some Japanese fans have tried to recreate it, but that's a futile task since it'll never be exactly the same.
