They didn't manage to unfuck super fumina's face after showing the prototype off. If anything it looked even more horrifying in plastic form. And several variants later they still haven't fixed it. What makes you think Gyanko will be any different?

That and kits don't usually change much between rapid prototype being shown off and the molds actually being made. If bandai is confident enough to be showing it off at a show, it usually means that the details and proportions are pretty much finalized.
