I mostly play Mei because Mei is bae, she's my most played and outside of her I mainly play tank. Dva has enough health now that a Mei freeze doesn't mean instant Dva mecha break from head shots although Dva still gets countered by Mei. Dva is notably better than she was when you played, to the point she was basically the best character a few months ago and neutralized several anti tank picks.

Torbjorn is probably the worst character against any level of skill or communication and they have relentlessly buffed him but it doesn't really help. It got much worse since Bastion was buffed and just outclasses him.
