What does this list even mean? Is it counting only their destructive potential? Is that so why isn't Cosmic Armor Superman in Special Tier because its power is based on his "Story" and not really measurable.

Why? Really few DB characters can actually go beyond planet level, I bet you even take Cell statement of "blowing up the entire solar system" seriously. If you consider the statement of Goku of "You are powerful like Majin Buu" then you again need to consider that Buu destroyed an entire Galaxy one piece at the time, REALLY slowly, and it wasn't never show to actually bust a Star.

I feel like this is just a bait thread, but if it isn't at least have some feedback.
