The Turn A can reduce the entire inner solar system to dust.

They may sound comparable in other respects but you have to understand how fucking BIG the solar system is. How much matter there is. Shin Godzilla is super tough and super adaptive but it would be beaten in combat at least by even basic Zeta-era MS. Its only chance to succeed would be to evolve into multiple mobile suit-sized Godzillas, which could then easily be trumped with other shit.
