Frame Arms Girls in general, or just the anime? If it's in general, the kits are delightful and very customizeable, and I personally take great joy in tricking them out and posing them. Koto has kept up with improving the engineering, so a lot of the problems that earlier kits have are gone in later kits.

If you like the idea but now how girl they are, there are some kits that meet you halfway, like the Virtual-On kits and some Super Robot Wars kits that are more robotic with a feminine touch. Those are also cool, if you enjoy feminine mech designs.

The anime has gotten mixed reviews from the people on the /toy/ thread, it's a cute exploration of the concept and how it could be applied to real life, but the blatant shilling and pandering to boners is real.

FA Girls are explosively popular, much more so than the regular kits. Part of that's because Konami built up a lot of hype for the dead Busou Shinki line, leaving a lot of people wanting mecha musume and nowhere to turn. Koto was the first to fill the void, and while there's a bunch of musume lines going now like Megami Device, FAGs still sell out all the time. Not that Frame Arms sell poorly, especially now that you can use them for FAG parts, but it's hard to compare their success to how outrageously popular FAGs are.

To get all the accessories she uses in the show, get her as Indigo and a Boomerang Scythe set. She comes with the parts that regular Jinrai had which expand that set into a proper scythe and/or glaive. She also comes with Architect's alternate knee parts that have a 3mm peg on them, which I recommend using to attach something like a pair of Energy Shields to her knees. You can use the leftover parts from the shields to give her beam war fans, which is pretty baller.
