Because it's not that good? It doesn't even follow through on its central concept. None of the villains' fatal flaws are exploited, they're just mentioned and then Zeorymer does its Fist Bump Of Death and kills everything. Every episode basically boils down to introducing the audience to someone that's more likable and interesting than the protagonist and then having them be killed by the most boring super attack in mecha history.

Ultimately it's a bland story with dull action. The designs are the only standout, and even they're not that great. If they had done something interesting with any of the material that they had then it might have been good, but they didn't so it isn't.

I think Zeorymer is in the 'so bad that it is good again' territory. Besides it is short. That's actually the only good thing I can say about this show. It is short.
