Anaheim Electronics does work with the Titans in Zeta, although it's more like they were threatened and AE decided to give the Marasai to them as a form of appeasement. AE apparently ends up giving the Sturm Dias to Neo Zeon under more or less the same circumstances.

0083 introduces the idea that Anaheim Electronics is actively negotiating with the Zeeks, but of course that comes way later after Z, ZZ, and CCA were a thing.
