Because fansubbing as a thing is effectively dead. The only groups out there nowadays are ones that just rip Crunchyroll or other streaming sites or do that and edit things here and there (e.g. JoJo and shit like "Deadly Queen" being edited back to the actual names).

No one gives a shit anymore. Most shows are licensed so you just pirate the streams and call it a day.
For the few shows that aren't licensed, or are licensed for non english speaking countries well you're out of luck unless you speak something other than english.
Rarity makes each and every available anime a treat. When we're drowing in anime shit like these past few years you stop caring one way or the other.
