I was reading some Flash comics and I realized how much it makes sense if Joe was cannon in the speed force. Heck even his colors are red and yellow.
Anyways, which kamen riders would be in speed force?Cyborg 009 themed sentai when?

Here's all the "speedster riders", starting with the originator:
Alternative Zero (Accele Vent), Faiz (Accel), Blade (Mach), Kabuto (Rider/Hyper), Misc Kabuto Riders, Accel (Trial), and Drive (Formula).
Only Kabuto (and Misc Kabuto Riders) and Drive are near-Speed Force tier.

For some reason Japan really hate cyborgs now. I don't know why. I think some of the anniversary stuff with the older Showa Riders are the closest we can get.

Yes. Call of Justice confirms it. You have to sit through it being all CGI and looking like a PS2 game, but the series was decent in the direction it took. 009 vs Devilman was better.
