What does /m/ think of the Brave series?

I'm about to start Fighbird, is Onmitsu's release the only completely subbed version? The subs are fine, but the video is a little blurry compared to other Braves I've seen. I except this, given that it's an old, somewhat unpopular show, but I'm just wondering if there's higher quality video available.

That's the sole release out there. Braves shows had a shortage of even decent raws for a long time.

GaoGaiGar takes forever to get good. Once it does, it's amazing. Goldran is more of kid's show, though some episodes are comedy gold.

Overall the franchise is pretty good. Goldren, J-Decker and Da Garn were tons of fun. Dagwon, Fighbird and GaoGaiGar were okay.

Wasn't a huge fan of Exkaiser or Might Gaine. Exkaiser I can excuse for being the first in the franchise but Might Gaine aside from the nice designs didn't do a whole lot for me.
