Great start so far. Music is shit as always except for the ending theme, but everything else was pretty on point. Lynchian, even.

The entire strike team felt like they did more than anyone last season. Like, they actually killed what seemed like a proper Amazon with the same garbage guns they had before that were doing nothing and Dr. Maki said they halted Amazon research so I doubt they made new ammunition akin to Gas Bullets. Not to mention they actually fend off the bride for a decent amount of time instead of having the Amazon shrug off everything.

Everyone's saying that in the flashback Jin was hunting amazons but from the trailers he seems to know Chihiro on more of a personal level then just "that kid i saw/met a few years ago whilst hunting amazons". I doubt that if he killed the other amazons he'd spare chihiro since we know he doesn't give a shit about morals or protecting non-amazons so i highly doubt Jin'd kill the others but spare him. I reckon they're trying to throw us a curveball and will say something like Jin is actually Chihiro's father and they were together that night. The reason that he was in the distance watching was because it's either too risky to go and save him or wants to see how the scene unfolds.

I assume they function similar to the old Registers and pump suppression drugs or something into Chihiro/Iyu's bodies. When Iyu clicks the button on hers, the light turns red, which I assume means it cuts the drug's flow for a limited time and lets her assume Amazon form.

At the same time, it looked like the syringe Chihiro used with the Driver and the stuff Fuku was injecting into Iyu's neck was the same.
