I think it's still possible to assess an omnipotent character on a chart like this. If they're considered all-powerful within their respective meta, they can't be anything but omnipotent, and on a chart like this, they might as well be on equal standing with every other character that meets that requirement.

Something like Azathoth from the Lovecraft Mythos comes to mind (not the nerfed Demonbane version).

Not him, but I think the line of logic was that you can't have more than one on the chart, because an omnipotent has to be above all, and can't be equal or below anything. With that said, if there's a chart compiling characters from different metas, it's not unreasonable to just put them on the same line, or at very least in special tier.

You don't want to go full DC though, where there are numerous "god" characters, and they actually fight and/or defeat each other. All of those characters would be categorized as nigh-omnipotent, whereas things like Azathoth and The Writer stand above it. I can't think of a single mech that is omnipotent.
