No idea if the director is as much of a perv/family audience supporter as Takamatsu, although he did direct Xebec stuff like the first two Zoids series and some To Love-Ru adaptations.

However, what I find the most interesting is the head writer is Kenichi Araki, who used to do Dagwon and the Mega Man BN series among other things, so it'll likely be a hero team kind of show.
