A premise does not make a good show. You can make anything sound awesome or terrible if you're summing it up in one sentence. What matters is execution.
And in this case the execution was mostly terrible.

It was a big let down after the first GBF series. I think it would have benefited from focusing on Yuuma as the protagonist instead. He had actual growth and character to develop unlike Sekai whose only goal was improving his martial arts. The Try-on 3 episode is the best one and proves my point.

It's in the episode cards from the G Gundam DVDs, and presumably the blurays. Each episode has Imagawa answering some questions with the whole thing written down. Someone translated each of them, which I believe is in a rar file if you look around.

I thought it was okay (I fucking love shit like Tryon 3) but compared to the original Build Fighters, it just didn't feel as fun. I wasn't attached to any of the characters like I was with Sei, Reiji, Italian Stallion or Meijin.
