Deconstruction in anime is not about separating each element of the subway sandwich and analyzing how without being a sandwich each element makes no sense individually while taking into consideration of their dual nature downright to subatomic level.
Instead, it's about making a shittty tasteless sandwich with decayed elements to show how the sandwitch in reality will look like i.e. put on a road near a ghetto, deconstructing the per-exisiting tropes of the sandwich genre.
