In retrospect it's hard to tell from that photo, but the blues and yellows are lighter (they look kind of faded) compared to the regular version. Also a few spots with different colours (the blades on the sub arm and spots on the legs are beige, etc.)

Anime's not out yet, but the kits are nice.

Be aware that Gourai's the first kit they made, and her engineering is a bit crappy by comparison to the newer FA Girls. In particular, her wrists may not be able to hold anything heavier than a knife without popping out of their sockets. There's been concept art made for an updated Gourai Kai that would serve as an improved version of the kit and come with new extra armor parts, so if you're comfortable with waiting a little while longer I would wait a few months to see if more information comes out about that. Stylet also has a few issues, but anything besides those first two is a quite solid kit that's much better than how Koto kits used to be. A lot of them are getting reissues in April.

The Blu-Rays are each coming with a kit packed in. BD1 is a modified Innocentia to recreate the appearance of Gourai without her armor in the anime, BD2 is the same for Stylet, BD3 is a slightly recolored Baselard, and BD4 is still being hidden. You can't put the armor from the original kits onto the BD Gourai/Stylet unless you're skilled with scratchbuilding.

Gourai also objectively has the worst engineering due to being the first.

Fortunately it's easy to use some gray paint to cover that up and give her a proper bodysuit underneath the armor. I do that with all of mine except Baselard and Hresvelgr. The panties and the c-string the rest use are just crass.

I usually upgrade them with some MSG kits, but I'm not into scratchbuilding if that's what you mean. The only one I have completely untouched is Hresvelgr, since she's perfect as she is.
