Serious question though, why are people so ignorant of what the flowers mean?

Flowers don't mean the character is dead they mean they are no longer main cast members and have finished all their scheduled scenes. Saionji and Graphite had no further scenes after their deaths, so they got their flowers, and when they returned they did so as guest stars later on. But if a character dies and still has scenes in the next several episodes, they don't get their flowers until then.

That's what happened with Chase. He had a flashback two episodes after kicking the bucket, and he didn't get flowers until then. Still super dead. Not the only character to which that has happened either.

It's entirely possible Kuroto hasn't gotten flowers because he has some other small scene in the near future. It's just too early to tell.

I was indifferent towards Decade until the end when they pulled the "watch the movie" ending out of there ass. And THEN the movie had nothing to do with the Rider War. But at least it got a reaction out of me, unlike Ghost which just left me drained of any and all emotion after its conclusion. The designs almost certainly take some getting used to, but it's just much fun to watch for the plot. It isn't the best, but it is good, and besides, it's Rider. KR never has the best writing, but that doesn't mean the shows aren't great.
