How do you deal with shit taste, /m/?
I ignore it, just like I expect people to ignore my tastes.
By filtering and hiding all tokushit threads

I like how, at least in the three of these I've read, it doesn't even bother to explain why they copied PR, just happens to mention PR here and there while criticizing the show itself.
>Fans in the West may have been unimpressed by initial images of the armor in the 2017 Power Rangers reboot movie but one look at Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger shows just how bad things could have been
Except for the fact that the movie is trying to be LE GRIM DARK SERIOUS, while Akibaranger wasn't.

Found it.

And, more importantly, Akibaranger suits aren't trying to be Zyuranger suits.
>>15329938
Wow. What a shit article
>>15329733
You're gonna have to learn to ignore it because once the Power Rangers movie comes out the floodgates of really bad taste will open.

This isn't just shit taste, it's something that's just as prevalent these days: pretending you are an expert or authority in a field when being willingly ignorant.
>>15330338
Someone once told me the less people know about something the more they have to say about it.
>>15329938
>Ultraman Tiga is a Power Ranger rip-off
Bruh
>>15329938
>Kamen Rider Kuuga
Is this article fucking bait? Because I'm falling for it hard.
>>15329938
>Kuuga is a ripoff of Power Rangers
Holy moly.
>>15330359
This is formalized as the Dunning-Kruger effect, which is itself something that people spout off about while not knowing much about.
>>15329938
>It says it has to do with PR rip-offs
>Says PR ripped-off Kuuga
then why put Kuuga in there if it shouldn't be in there...

I've read that Cracked usually chooses a title designed specifically to draw in lots of traffic even if it doesn't actually fit what's going on in the article. Sometimes, they even change the title after the article's gone up to try to get something that draws in more clicks. They've also been known to heavily edit the content to add in more jokes or snide remarks, even if it makes the article wrong.
As an example, compare the submitted article:
http://www.bogleech.com/halloween/hall12-spiders.html
To the one that went up on the site:
http://www.cracked.com/quick-fixes/6-terrifying-spiders-that-will-haunt-your-dreams/
Maybe this started out as an article about the weird world of tokusatsu but turned into Power Rangers ripoffs because that's a more click-drawing headline.
I find a good CRTICAL DAN is enough

What the fuck. How can you not like the armour in Akibaranger?
It's less shit taste that bothers me and more blatant misinformation spreading
>>15329733
>Akibaranger... aimed towards a more adolescent audience
Wha..
>>15331199
I don't think he even read one line on the wikipedia page, he just took a picture from google images and then proceeded to pull everything else from his ass.
>>15331134
This. You can not like Akibranger. that's fine. It's the blatant false information he's spouting.
>>15329938
All the comments are already ripping it apart.
Except for some white knight fag who is DEFENDING NERD JOURNALISTS
>>15331225
>I don't think he even read one line on the wikipedia page
I never thought I'd see something lazier than starting with akibaranter but here it is.
When the article first started getting negative comments he made his twitter private.
The next day after even more negative comments he deleted his twitter.
He's a huge coward.
You know what really pisses me off is the disrespect towards Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills.

Good. Spreading misinformation shouldn't be allowed in this day and age.
>>15331347
I wanna ironically defend TTAF "for the lawlz," but I can't stomach the mental effort it would take to do so. It's just too shit.
>>15331361
Aww
>>15331349
I'm curious how much hate he got on Twitter
>>15331199
It's not entirely inaccurate. You don't think adolescent means pre-pubecent kids do ya? Akibaranger is definately for bigger kids than actual Sentai, thus that quote is not wrong.

Are you a moron? The guy said that akiba was for younger folks than power rangers/sentai. How the fuck did you mess up reading that?
http://screenrant.com/power-rangers-best-animal-zords-never-happened/
It doesn't end!
A third of these got robots!
>>15336005
>Honey Badger
This meme needs to end
>Chimera
I don't think that's a real animal
>>15336005
They must really want those clicks from the potential Power Ranger movie audience.
>>15336063
I wonder if this guy will delete his twitter too
>>15335223
I bet he got some real autists shitting it up.
But he deserves it for writing a paragraph that can be entirely debunked as being bullshit by reading literally two lines on wikipedia.
>>15338497
>using social media
He has it coming.
You all do.
>>15335228
Akibaranger was literally made for the onii-sans who grew up with Sentai. No way kids would remember Jetman or Zyuranger.
