No, it's just a regular Neopretorean. It actually evolved to hunt Monster Hunters and started learning how to use their own weapons against them. The machine it uses is an Equal Dragon Weapon, though a very broken one that is no where near it's full potential. If it had found a more intact one, nothing could stand against it except a dragon of the old days before the war. Even the Elder Dragons of the current era are nothing compared to the Ancient Dragons.
