Its more to do that he's the only one who had a place to go. He only joined tekkadan to be seen as cool, others joined since they had no where else to go.

Zack represents the naivety of normal people who never suffered a day in their lives and think that problems will settle themselves if they run away. Not realising that the problem will still exist for someone else and that they're the ones who'll suffer in his place.

Unlike the rest, Zack has a family (dad), an education and he has other options to ensure his happiness and survival.

The rest are those who have no skills, no family, no education and are seen as lower than trash that no one in a medium standard of living would want them. THe big guy is an actual criminal and murderer since it was probobly his way of earning a living and tekkadan took him in anyway with the intention of gaining a positive rep that would provided jobs where he and others no longer had to kill or fight. Hush comes from the ghetto and had to live on scraps with only other children to care for him, and most of tekkadan are the same.

There is no real charity on mars to give people a chance to become something better even if they have nothing to their names. Thats what makes tekkadan different because they look after the lowest of the low and gives them skills and abilities that can help them become responsible adults.

Zack had a brain. He should of used it to realise just what sort of people he was talking down to. They got nothing else. They dont have families. They can either die fighting for a future, or they can die on the street like rats. They clearly chose to die fighting on their feet, than live on their knees.

I have a hard time separating my wishful thinking from cold hard reasoning on the matter but I'll try. Since this is the end of the series their plotline has to climax somewhere, and the subject is guaranteed to be touched upon at some point. Now whether that will culminate in Gaelio changing sides (very low odds) or Gaelio craddling Macky's almost corpse (higher odds) that remains to be seen.

Even if he did the odds he found out are low. He was in hiding, and the only guy he could have asked was Rustal, and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't go for him for information on McGillis. I mean, if I were Okada I would keep a reason for Gaelio to be more lenient toward McGillis away from him for most of the series so he can go full edge and only disclose it toward the end of the series for maximum drama.

Well the mama point was towards Char who's actions all stem from her death and losing her a second time with his surrogate (Lalah). To be 100% honest, I used to despise McGillis for being a massive asshole to Ein, Carta and Gaelio and wanted him dead since season 1. But know? I don't really feel much like that anymore. I mean, there's still not excuse for trying to kill Gaelio but after seeing his past I feel more sympathy for him. Besides, he hasn't betray anyone in Season 2, even Tekkadan. This episode showed that Rustal is a big asshole for wanting to leave no survivors, so now I want him to die and for Tekkadan to not lose so many important members anymore. I still want Julietta and Gaelio to survive tho, but Rustal and Lok can go fuck themselves for all I care.

This is pretty left field, but I have a feeling that bael has an inbuilt super-weapon, which chocolate will use only on Mars, because he doesn't want to fuck up Earth. Either that, or he'll shoot it from Mars at Earth to cleanse it

There has been a lot of emphasis of Bael on chocolate's part, and he doesn't seem stupid enough to merely use it as a symbol.

I did not expect Atra and Mika to actually have sex. I thought they'd just draw that on endlessly without any conclusion.

I was totally thinking in my head: "Orga should just give up McGillis and live on happily ever after with Tekkadan." So I was shocked when he actually did it, and even more shocked when Rustal refused. I guess he took it very personal with Tekkadan when they almost blew him up.
