It means that unit is Taiki, it will have nearly two times of the stats of a regular SSR either on its HP, attack, defense or agility.
You will want Taiki for gameplay purpose to clear contents easily. if you just want to play like a retard who doesn't care with how Oochi put those artificial difficulty to ravage your tiny robos, just play whatever.

What I really found wierd is that in the UC dimension which is where Getter came from, Getter and other super robots were considered old outdated machines good for fighting Invaders in the Lunar Conflict and that's about it, while Mobile Suits were considered the new hotness based on refining the super robot design.

I say wierd because Getter and especially Mazinger Z still outclass most of the best Gundams.

You can sell parts for TacP too. Most of the consumables and early stat boosters can go without much trouble.

Also note that if you want to use Continuous Action a lot of times in one turn, it's better to load as many Extra Counts as you can onto one pilot. Each Continuous Action after the first functionally costs 2 counts instead of 3, since you're going to earn a new count for killing the enemy. This works best if you maxed out someone like Might Gaine early.

I like Setsuko a lot more, personally. There's fewer super robots on her route, but the big super you do get is Gravion, and I fucking adore Gravion. You also get better upgrade carryover on her route since dumping lots of cash into the Gundam Mk2 and Impulse will reward you with getting all those upgrades mirrored onto Zeta and Destiny while letting you keep the old maxed-out units for someone else to fly. The Mk2 even upgrades to the Super Gundam at that point, so you can have Amuro spam Attack Again with the Long Beam Rifle until he gets the Nu.

Anyways, the two Special scenery after mission 47 are pretty nice. The first one is Super Waifu War, and the second is quite a challenging training. I restarted it twice because, (yes i suck), one of my units was caught on and dying instantly. You are forced to play more smart than usual with support and snipers out of enemy range. More or less everything SRW could be, if it really wanted to get serious.
Even if you are not interested for bonus scenario, those two are not bad at all.
