How does modelling even spread nowadays?
Asians have Gunpla but outside of wargames, I don't really see any people into it on the internet by and large.

I can imagine a kid who grows up with grandpa's model railroad can definitely get hooked up but I doubt most people who see it as a mere diversion for their kids are going to get into it themselves.

Anyway, when your enemies are mostly 18 meters tall robots in space, with alot of stealth materials and radar fucking ECM options, its not hard to pull off some tacticool option of engagements.
