F91 looks better, but it's the on the butt end of the days when Okawara's designs were actually good, and it didn't spawn any better ones short of maybe Silhouette Gundam.

Zeta, on the other hand, went on to spawn a bunch of great variants and spin-offs, so I'll go with Zeta.

F91 design is unusually complex. especially the torso.

the flow of panels really feels organic and naturally integrated with the VSBR gimmick (especially the ribs area). the stomach vents also has very complex placement since it's part of the chest and waist.

compare to more modern designs like Exia or Barbatos which has a lot segmented parts, F91 is one long lines that curve around that made whole shapes.

i tried to re-draw F91 and had to follow the metal build and HGUC design because the original lineart really hard to follow. it's like drawing airplanes or cars.

Zeta. I really like the F91 as well, but the Zeta is just perfect.

If you mean film wise: Zeta Gundam.

If you're talking about the Mecha: Definitely the Fninety-fucking-one.

First of all its Obari as fuck.
Second of all it's Obari as fuck.
Third of all it's fucking fast.
It has a badass arm shield.
Kickass Beam sabers.
MEPE system.
And lastly it's fucking fun to play as in GB3.

The Zeta design is perfection.

The F91 is not bad though, Okawara on a good day.

I abstain, I love both for different reasons. F91 is a very traditional gundam. For me personally it's the ideal gundam form.

Zeta on the other hand doesn't feel like a traditional gundam, despite being the title gundam of the second gundam series. It's body structure is unique. It has a non traditional gundam face. Yes, 00 and age drew from it, but for 20 years Zeta's flat face was all but alone. It transforms, but it's transformation isn't reliant on it looking like a traditional gundam like Epyon and legs folding over the back. It also doesn't have head on the underside like kyrios. It ends up with the wave rider not feeling far more natural than a lot of other transforming mobile suits.

Basically apples oranges.

I like the Zetas Faceplate and its legs. But overall I think the F91 is cooler. DESU doe I hated the f91 the first time I saw it but it grew on me.
