Why is it that they remove those side-thrusters on the legs of Jegans in 0123?

That's just electricity, though. How much electricity it generates isn't exactly related to whether or not the leg should have maneuvering thrusters or not.

Maybe it was a cost cutting feature. The Heavygun also looks different when you compare it from F91 and Victory, the 30 years older version in Victory has fewer maneuvering thrusters as well.

From what I've read, it has enhanced joint motors as well, so it probably means an upgraded AMBAC system, thus making the additional thrusters irrelevant.
