Some dumbass does something that could very well get everyone killed. While this is understandable since AEUG isn't a formal military, but it's unacceptable nonetheless. You need to communicate the severity of a situation to someone with zero military discipline and have them understand just HOW serious it is. How do you do it? You tell them like it is, and if they still give you lip, provide further encouragement in the form of a punch.

Unless they are dumb enough to think that fighting back would be a good option at the moment, THEY WILL get their dumb civilian asses to their assigned posts and do their goddamn job.

Sure, it's not good discipline and bad form, but violence does serve practical function sometimes. When has violence become such a mysterious, incomprehensible concept to people? Sure it's not a matter of course. Sure it's an act of last resort. It's not even about "manliness" or any BS like that. It's about doing what you have to in order to survive.
