i assume that in space where everything is propulsion based accelerated movement the idea of an undodgeable attack that one shots an armored ship is unreasonable and so it had to be nerfed/banned. IE, the government that banned it are video game nerds.

Hell Mika input rarely saves the day as a whole, there no fights where he is the sole reason victory was archive but the mini-ark where he fights the Ancients, and that was still a 1v1 fight.

Mika is never portrayed as a battalion wiper or bullshit moments MC, but someone that has extreme power and endurance, and with a decent team will bring victory to a team.

I would love for you to name me an instance where he beat 20+ people in the whole series, I think the max he did alone was 8 so far.

Mika has always been portrayed as an unstoppable force. The entire point of his character is to show that him and Barbatos have no limit as to what they can do. Let him go overdrive, he'd kill the entire Dainsleif formation in a matter of seconds. The only person who might stand some form of chance would be GaliGali, everybody else would get one shot, its as simple as that. Mikazuki is supposed to be a one man army and I am pretty sure that this is what will happened at one point in the next 5 episodes. He will wipe out anything in his way, even if that means he has to solo 50+ MS that are being piloted by fodder.

The only way for Choco Macky to win is if he himself used those Dainsleifs. Remember, they were outlawed for A) being capable of using powerful payloads on their rails and B) because Gjallarnhorn would've had a pain in the ass if people were using something that is essentially MS-tier Artillery. And since there are normal rails available, then they could eliminate the Dainsleif teams of Rustal.

Rustal has a too much Dainsleifs equipped units on the field so an hastily put task force would be just a desperate retaliation. Also the numbers of Mc Gillis forces are rapidly dwindling while Arianrhod lost only a negligible (compared to their main force) amount of MS. He just can't win unless he has some serious ace on his sleeve.

But in all honesty it would be a miracle if McGillis actually won. As you said, he outnumbered, outgunned, outshipped and Rustal has those stupid ass hax Dainsleifs. Also there is Rusty's attack kiddo in her show-off not!Graze, Gali Char and his Khimaris Vidar (yes, it's called like this) that also has a build in 4-barrelled Dainsleif in the lance.

I don't see McGillis winning this without either a cosmic asspull or Rustal suddenly catching the idiot ball. Either of this is unlikely.
