Does technology remain the same for both Federations? As in, does the UFP show up on Earth with all its starships and aliens while the EF get swapped into the Star Trek Universe with Minovsky tech?

Because that is going to be one drastic change to both sides. Both the EF and Zeon would suddenly learn aliens exist, for example. Zeon's idea of Newtypes would be radically altered once it saw things like the Betazoids, Vulcans, and the few humans with ESP.
