If we're talking about sapieant/sentient AI and they interact at all socially with human society, then quite possibley. Especially since anything that isn't a sex robot wouldn't exactly have gents. And any assigned gendered programing would be easily malleable.

More so if they're made with traits of one gender and end up behaving/ being programed a different way.

Bring in customizable parts, different chasies, companion/sex robots, voices, etc. into the mix and there's quite the potential of robots fucking around with human conceptions of gender.

The ones were the show completely breaks down the 4th wall are the best.
The sofubi/bootleg one, the video game episode, the one where Moeru finally becomes the protagonist - all of them are pure gold.
In fact, probably the only truly weak episode so far was the hot spring one and even that was still a 5/10.

Someone who lacks gender is called gender-less. Being gender-less doesn't indicate lack of sexuality. It's a "social status" where someone is not identifying itself as neither a man or a woman (and their sub-categories). If someone gets off to 2D girls then they're still attracted to women so their sexuality is not any different to normal, whether that's normal straight male or normal lesbian female. They might have some confidence issues, they might have unrealistic standards or whatever else, but if they're getting off to anime girls then they're still attracted to girls.

And while the primary meaning of asexual has always been to describe creatures with no sexual organs it's also used to denote a lack of gender specifically because the same creatures that lack sexual organs also lack gender in any cases I can think of. Being asexual isn't a gender, but it does indicate a lack of a gender. I never indicated it was a gender though, so I've no idea where you're getting that from.
