Deformed Torso ver Ka

His personal redesign of the Turn A (namely the head) missed the point of the original, but the actual MG design is spot-on.

Hahaha holy shit, you think the Ver ka torso is deformed? Against the original MG which for YEARS everyone complained that it was too fucking stout and out of proportion compared to the original lineart? Are you fucking kidding me?

Don't get me wrong, the Ver Ka certainly has it's quirks and I'm not saying it's perfect, but you picked the worst fucking example to compare to. Ver Ka was a huge improvement in the proportions area compared to the original in this case.

The head was also a big problem yes, but the Torso is always what I had heard in complaints. Hell, that was actually one of the reasons I never got the original Nu MG, because of the torso. Aside from Katoki legs, Nu Ver Ka proportionally is a lot better.

Compare to the HG which had spot-on proportions with the lineart, and you can clearly see where Katoki fucked up. He shrank the torso and lengthened the legs, as per his usual practice.

Considering everything we have against Katoki here, will he mess up any non-Gundam design from other shows if he gets his grimy hands on them? Like say, Scopedog or Vilkiss?
