I don't think it actually got destroyed, might have blown up in the simulation Christina ran but the actual battle outside Libot I believe it got 2 kills and none shot down.

Many of the other suits had recent or semi-recent HG kits to reuse molds of. The only mold made of the suit the Abigorbine would have used was made in the 90's and was very bad even for the time.

The Gelgoog Jager, as well as being super cool looking, has INSANE specs. Like, actually ridiculous. Look at its thrust output: 178.5t!

Amusingly, the Gelgoog Marine Commander is effectively the Gelgoog Jager with corrected specs.

This. The few suits that got completely new molds were then in turn reused to create new vanilla HG versions. Unless there's a flying pig that I missed somewhere, there's no real market for an updated HG Abigor any time soon.
