Writing-wise it is pretty good. Fights are the usual fare, nothing special but not bad either.
The suits range from ">this is a thing that happened" to "pretty good" but you can quickly judge that.

As for Foundation X, apparently the main writer was involved so they might reappear in other Ex-Aid material. After the last few years and the Shocker precedent, I wouldn't bet on it.

They seem to be copies, not the actual ones. As for Tiger, he was redeemed before dying on the show, that timeline is erased by Ryuki's end...although Ouja remembering it kinda shits all over this. Unless he is a singularity point we didn't know of.
