I was floating around the internet and got a hold of a slow as fuck torrent from a Chinese site. It's .srt files for all of Space Sheriff Sharivan in "English" I don't know if they came from a HK Box Set but that's the level of quality.
The torrents are a finishing. Once all the episodes are done, I'll post a MEGA link for a zip. I hope they kinda help any potential scrubbers. Check back around the beginning of March and I'll make a new post. See you dudes soon.
