Does Orga not see how fucked they are? They are now going to be public enemy #1 in space for helping a coup, which will see their rise to power as illegitimate. Mika may be OP, but he won't be able to keep all of Tekkadan safe in space against such a giant fleet, and with Rustal deplying Iok and 8 episodes left, it's obvious endgame McGillis is going to be fucking them over since the final battle won't be Tekkadan vs Gali.

Alternatively, if Gaelio was rescued and taken in, fake funeral etc, it wouldn't surprise me that Kimaris, if not Vidar, is being upgraded and repaired even though it's hangar is empty.

I'd say the hangar is empty because kimaris is hidden elsewhere, possibly in one of the other hangars for example.

To me it would make more sense for it to be Kimaris frame though.
