Better than it has any right to be. Flat out insane in parts, which actually salvages the worst parts. I wouldn't recommend it to casual mecha fans, but the over the top stuff in the end just barely makes the show worth sitting through. And the final arc is just great.

It's weird. Has absolutely nothing to do with the first two aquarions. It's own reboot thing. Even the way they handle the mecha combining is vastly different. It might actually be the best Aquarion show overrall.

It's not entry level but probably still recommend reading.

Evol is great until the midseason twist and then it sorta shits the bed.

Hell no, but goddamn is it entertaining. Genesis is pretty okay. Evol is when things get really retarded but still enjoyable because of how stupid it is I probably only think fondly of it due to watching it with /a/ and /m/. Logos is literally just "play on words" the show with nothing from the previous series mattering or referenced whatsoever, it's pretty boring outside of the mc's literal case of autism.

I stand by my assessment.
Evol simply isn't worth watching. Yes the first half is decent, but the second half does so much damage not only to itself, but the first show and it's characters, it's best just to write the whole thing off.

Genesis: mediocre
Evol: fantastic
