Hollywood is all about franchises these days. If a movie grosses over 4x its budget, expect at least a couple more sequels.

I wish there could be a movie about riding cool robots like these but live action and maybe a little more serious

I watched the LEGO® Batman movie, the mech action is pretty sweet, I wish there was more building instead of just building it once, use it and that's that.
Like if the arm gets shot off he'd build it a new, different arm.

Oh Come ON! We just had a Batman Lego movie!
