I've always liked how Wizard looked. Clean lines, not bulky, and a nice color scheme.

OOOs for the sake that there was so much customization. Theres like, endless combos you can make with the medals and all the normal combos look fucking FANTASTIC. Like shit man.

Faiz(including accel form), verde from ryuki, Kiwami Arms Gaim, all of the Kuuga forms (my favorite is Amazing Mighty), Gemn level 10, and and Kamen Rider Eternal are some of favorite designs

I kind of love Kamen Rider #4. It's, design-wise, the antithesis of #3: A showa-era suit (Boots, gloves, cloth suit) with a modern aesthetic, while #3 is a retro design with Heisei production values, i. e. complex, leather-laden design. And yeah, I know it's just a WWII tokkotai, but it looks good.

Another Agito is also awesome. In fact, Ichigo homages tend to be really good. Locust Undead, Uva, Doras and so on.

OOO - Toy-ish, but really fun. SIC's figures are amazing.

Blade's Undeads are the best by far, I just like the agressive punk aesthetic. Nirasawa got progressively safer with kaijin designs.
Shinohara's monsters are always great, but Kiva's Fangire are amazing. Did somebody notice the hidden bird motif?
Dopants are my biggest disappointment, Terada's art doesn't translate well onto costumes.

Personally I think Gaim and Zangetsu are pretty cool as well as Drive Type Speed/Tridoron/Special, Hibiki and any Kuuga

faiz and delta looks awesome for me. Kabuto too

Lazer LV1 and LV2 are fine, but Lazer Drago Knight Hunter is a strong candidate. The head just look wrong without the Giri Giri Chambara helmet.

Mach Deadheat is pretty bad too.
