I know this is Gundam x Okada but i seriously wasn't expecting Lafter to die, at least not so early mainly because she looked kind of important in the OP due to being a romantic interest and also because this episode was a Naze funeral episode. Well i can't i didn't liked it. Mika will have a baby with Atra(he will die before seeing the baby), Tekkadan it's going to war, Lok and that Jesley guy will probably die next episode and Mcgillis friends will finally show up. You know I have a feeling Guts is going to get his chance to kill Jasley, but before he severs Jasley in two, he gets torn apart by a surprise needle-missile bombardment by Iok.
Then right as Jasley thinks he's safe, with Akihiro's last bit of strength, he reaches out and finishes him off. Akihiro gets caught in the explosion and dies.

This is probably the most likely, Gali realized that McGillis is right about such drastic measures needed to root out Gjallarhorn's corruption, but he clearly can't be allowed to live afterward.
