I don't get it. Utsunomiya made Shinkenger which was good. Takebe made Go-Busters which was one of the most unique shows we've ever had on Sentai. What gives? Were they both carried by Kobayashi? Arguably Gokaiger was carried by the anniversary spam.

Basically, yes (although she was basically tired and multitasking around ToQger's time). Also Takebe seemingly has an easier time handling Rider. Wizard, meanwhile, showed how both Kida and Utsunomiya didn't work all that well.
