Went back and checked, Trowa (TV +EW) and Amuro (0079 + Zeta + CCA) had more.
someone actually counted it out a long time back. I found It double checking in the archive. Pretty sure the list is by units taken down not actually people killed.

03. Uso Ebbing: 141 kills in Victory Gundam alone.

Setsuna doesn't go all "we shouldn't be fighting!" but he does mellow out. It's a plot point in S2 that as Graham becomes more and more obsessed with fighting the Gundam, Setsuna starts to question killing people, and stops short of killing Ali due to hearing Marina's song. When Graham goes Trans-Am for the first time, Setsuna even comments "I'm not like that anymore!" And later makes a point of shutting people down rather than killing them when he can. He still kills Ribbons dead and blows up aliens but... come on man, Space Flower.

Uso I'd definitely put in the "It's your fault I killed you" category, since I'm pretty sure he kills people and then cries about "why did you do that, why did you have to attack me, why were you there".

That kid gives NO FUCKS.
He destroyed an occupied Colony Laser even after the SRA gave in to his demands and returned Tiffa so he wouldn't destroy it.
And he did it with a smirk and a "Too bad I'm a liar."

He only avoided piloting MS before the show because being an MS pilot is a good way to get killed. The only MC's who are less pacifist than him are Setsuna and Mikazuki.

It's because Setsuna's not (and has never been) a pacifst though he does gradually come to respect the people who believe it (Marina). He'll give his enemies the CHANCE at redemption but his priority is always the mission first and the safety of his friends. If you threaten that, he WILL shoot you dead without hesitation, and regardless of your personal history with him (i.e. Anew).

I still hold the opinion that 00's the only Gundam show to date (besides Turn A) that done the "pacifism" angle right.

This. He went from something of a vengeful nihilistic murderhobo out to punish the world for being so cruel, to understanding that most of the people in the world as just as much victims of fate as he is, and that no, murdering everyone who deigns pick up a weapon isn't the answer. In the end it was about removing the power players that were causing most of the strife, which is funnily enough where the original Gundam was supposed to go.
